The report also says:<\/p>\n<p>The longer a school district waits to hire a teacher the lower the quality of the teacher.<br \/>\nThe poorer a school distict is, the lower the amount of qualified teachers the school district has. Same goes for new teachers hired as well.<br \/>\nSchool districts with more poorer students have teachers that leave quicker.<br \/>\nAlthough the school districts in the state used various methods to say they have job openings high paperwork volume of paperwork slowed down the hiring process.<br \/>\nThat nearly 1\/3 of people in this study plan to leave the school district they have to do poor support or mentoring programs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>on teacher hiring in the state of Connecticut.
