on high school graduation rates in Texas is out. The Newsletter has various articles on the high school dropout rate. In one article the IDRA uses TEA data and has found that 34% of students who started in the 2003-2004 school left school prior to the 2007 school year without a diploma. It does though continue a downward trend in the attrition rate over the past few years.
