Southern Education Foundation….

releases a report saying that most of the students that are low income are in the southern states. The report shows off a massive increase in the amount of the states in the south from the years of 2000-2006 that have more than 50% of the students that are low income.

The show off NAEP 4th grade math scores for wealthy and low income students where the low income students across the nation are 21% below wealthy kids on the exam. They really needed to use to two different colors for the bar chart.
