at long term trends in NAEP scoring for math and reading. They look at only the 9, 13, and 17-year olds.

The reports shows that racial gap is not really getting any lower for both math and reading.

9 and 13 year olds in reading when it comes to the lowest performers did have a nice bump up in scores in the past four years though. That is the only spectacular thing in the whole report imo.
