will allow students to get a lower interest rate on student loans for college if they stay in the state an work. The ISAC is going give out a student loan at 8% interest, but if they work in a low paying job the interest rate can be as low as 5%.

Students Going To Community College…

in Connecticut will have an easier time moving to a four year colleges. You will be guaranteed a spot in a state four-year college if you graduate with at least a 2.0 grade point average, graduate in five years, and transfer in under 2 years to the four year school.

I like this idea, I wonder though if you were to transfer lets say five years down the road would the old classes you have taken still be just as good???
